দ্বীনি ও সাধারণ শিক্ষার সমন্বয়ে ভবিষ্যৎ গড়ে তোলা। মাদ্রাসা, স্কুল, কলেজ ও কারিগরি বিদ্যালয় প্রতিষ্ঠা করার স্বপ্ন আমাদের, যার মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার আলো ছড়িয়ে দিতে চাই। প্রথাগত শিক্ষার বাইরেও সুযোগ তৈরির ব্যাপারে আমরা প্রতিজ্ঞাবদ্ধ।
চিকিৎসা
পথশিশু ও সুবিধাবঞ্চিত মানুষের স্বাস্থ্যসেবায় আমরা বিনামূল্যে চিকিৎসা সহায়তা, ওষুধ বিতরণ এবং স্বাস্থ্য সচেতনতা কর্মসূচি পরিচালনা করি।
খাদ্য
ক্ষুধামুক্ত সমাজ গড়তে আমরা প্রতিদিন পথশিশুদের মাঝে পুষ্টিকর খাবার বিতরণ এবং বিশেষ দিবসগুলোতে ইফতার ও উন্নতমানের খাবার পরিবেশন করি।
বস্ত্র
অসহায় ও শীতার্ত মানুষের মাঝে বস্ত্র বিতরণ এবং মৌলিক পোশাকের চাহিদা পূরণে আমাদের এই মানবিক উদ্যোগ।
বাসস্থান
গৃহহীনদের নিরাপদ আশ্রয় প্রদান এবং বসবাসের উপযোগী পরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করতে আমরা কাজ করে যাচ্ছি।
যুব ও দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন
পথশিশুদের কারিগরি ও বৃত্তিমূলক প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদানের মাধ্যমে তাদের দক্ষ জনশক্তিতে রূপান্তর ও স্বাবলম্বী করা।

"সমাজ ও মানবতার সেবা কেবল নৈতিক দায়িত্ব নয়, বরং এটি ঈমানের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দাবি। 'ইউনাইটেড সিটিজেনস ফোরাম' সেই মহান লক্ষ্যেই প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছে যেখানে আমরা দ্বীন ও ইনসানিয়াতের সেবায় একতাবদ্ধ। আমাদের মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো—কুরআন ও সুন্নাহর আলোয় অনুপ্রাণিত হয়ে আর্তমানবতার পাশে দাঁড়ানো এবং একটি ইনসাফভিত্তিক সমাজ বিনির্মাণ করা। আমি সমাজের সকল সচেতন ও ধর্মপ্রাণ মানুষকে আমাদের এই খিদমতের কাফেলায় শামিল হওয়ার জন্য উদাত্ত আহ্বান জানাচ্ছি। আল্লাহ আমাদের এই ক্ষুদ্র প্রচেষ্টাকে কবুল করুন। আমিন।""

"Founder's Journey: Biography & Organizational History Md. Mizanur Rahman Adib, the Founder and General Secretary of the United Citizens Forum, is a humanitarian changemaker, journalist, tech enthusiast, and social worker. Since his childhood, he has been deeply inquisitive, creative, and goal-oriented. Growing up in a rural environment, he developed a profound interest in research, arts, and electronics. Later, while pursuing his education in Jatrabari, Dhaka, he immersed himself in the world of computing, graphics design, hardware, and programming. Through self-driven dedication and talent, he mastered various technological fields, including website and app development. Alongside his academic life, he stepped into journalism and mass media. In addition to working with several national dailies, he served as the publisher of the newspaper ‘Swadesh Pratidin’. During this period, he formed an investigative team called the ‘Crime Investigation Aral Team’. Through this initiative, he witnessed the dark realities of society firsthand. It was during this time that numerous young women facing online harassment, blackmail, domestic abuse, and mental health crises reached out to him. Some were even on the verge of taking their own lives. Through humanitarian support, counseling, and timely assistance, he helped many step back from the edge and find the courage to rebuild their lives. His investigative work also led to a deeper realization of how helpless street children were being exploited by criminal syndicates and deprived of their basic rights. Driven by this empathy, he founded the ‘Pathashishu Asray Kendro’ (Street Children Shelter Home) in 2020, with the core mission of providing food, education, healthcare, and safe shelter to underprivileged children. Over time, the organization expanded its horizons to encompass humanitarian aid, social development, education, rights awareness, and expatriate welfare. Consequently, the platform evolved and rebranded globally as the 'United Citizens Forum'. In 2022, he relocated to Croatia. Even while living abroad, he continues to work tirelessly to expand the organization's reach both nationally and internationally. He firmly believes that through humanity, justice, and collective effort, it is entirely possible to build a beautiful and equitable society."
